Enfield RBI and IMM Plan Update

Enfield RBI and IMM Plan Update

Benefits
Atteris revised the risk-based inspection (RBI) assessment report and inspection, monitoring and maintenance (IMM) plan for the Woodside Enfield subsea components, to reflect the transition of the field development to the non-producing phase.
Background
Woodside’s Enfield subsea development consists of two production manifolds, two water injection manifolds, two gas injection trees, and associated flexible flowlines, risers, umbilicals and controls. Transitioning to the decommissioning phase, the FPSO has been removed, the trees isolated, the flexible risers and flowlines have been flushed and filled with raw seawater. As such, the IMMR documentation required updating to reflect the changed status of the field.
Work Performed by Atteris

Atteris performed the following activities:

  • Review of the operating phase RBI assessment and IMM plan.
  • Review of the decommissioning risk-assessment and relevant project documentation.
  • Revised the IMM plan to incorporate modified requirements for the non-operating phase and considering the as-left status of subsea equipment.
  • Revised the RBI assessment to determine the frequencies that would be required for ongoing inspection activities during the non-production phase.
